Policies

Our regular business hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm PST. Emails will be answered during those times. Please read all descriptions and sizing info before making your purchase.  We do not offer refunds, exchanges only, and return shipping costs are your responsibility.  If you have any questions about our sizing or products please email us.  We'll be happy to answer any questions you may have.  All sale items and seconds are final sales.

Custom Orders:

Custom slots will be offered on our Hyenacart as they become available.  This will be for all custom items including diapers and clothing. 

A $20 non-refundable deposit is required before any details are worked out and supplies ordered.  Custom items are non-returnable.

Shipping:

Orders will be shipped to the address provided through paypal unless we are informed otherwise.  If you need an order shipped to a different address please notify us at the time of purchase.

All shipping is done via Canada Post.

Your items will be shipped within 1-3 days of purchase.  Packages within Canada are sent Expedited Parcel Post which usually takes 2-7 business days.  Packages to the USA and international are shipped Expedited Parcel or Small Packet Surface (for packages under 1 kg) and usually take 6-12 business days.  If you would like your parcel sent airmail, please email us for shipping cost.  Shipping costs include insurance.

Items shipped within Canada or internationally (non-USA) may be subject to additional shipping charges.  Those will be invoiced after purchase is made.  If you have any questions about shipping costs please email.

Payments:

I prefer paypal (funded or credit/debit card) but will also accept money orders (please make sure they are cashable in Canada).

Returns/Refunds:

Please contact us before returning an item.  We will accept returns/exchanges on unwashed/unworn items within 30 days from the purchase date for instore credit towards another instock item only.  Store credit for returned items cannot be applied towards a custom item.  I will only pay shipping charges for returns if the item is defective, otherwise shipping charges are your responsibility.  It is best to include insurance on any return packages as I am not responsible for items lost in the mail.  I am sorry but I do not offer refunds (no exceptions).  We do not accept returns/exchanges for custom or layaway items.

Warranty:

Elastic and snaps are guaranteed for 90 days from date of purchase under normal wear and tear.  Use of bleach, oxyclean, boiling, dishwasher use or other forms of extreme heat will void this warranty.

Please note that Hyenacart works on a “buy it now” system.  Clicking on the “Buy It Now” button commits  to the purchase of the item.  We ask that you please pay for your items through the Hyenacart checkout immediately.  Any adjustments that need to be made to shipping costs, etc. will be processed after payment is received.  Any purchases not paid for immediately will be restocked within the hour.  Non-paying customer accounts may be blocked from further purchases.  Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
